Transformational leadership is an approach to leadership in which leaders inspire and motivate followers to strive for personal development and advancement in addition to achieving their goals. Transformational leaders seek to instill a shared vision in their followers and empower them to take ownership of their work, encouraging them to question the status quo and think creatively. The ability to break down and move beyond barriers is an important aspect of transformational leadership. This can include overcoming roadblocks or challenges, as well as breaking down traditional ways of thinking or doing things in order to find new and innovative solutions.

The panel discussion will focus on the characteristics of transformational leaders, the benefits & challenges of transformational leadership, the impact of transformational leadership on individual and organizational performance, Strategies for implementing transformational leadership in various settings & exploring examples of transformational leadership in action. It will also introduce a framework of  transformational leadership style that motivates youths to embrace change by cultivating a company culture of accountability, ownership, and workplace autonomy.
