Mr. Vaidya is the founding Managing Director of Kriti Capital. He has been involved in the capital markets of Nepal and US for more than 10 years. Mr. Vaidya worked for 6 years as head of Merchant Banking Department of NMB bank managing IPOs, private placement of shares and bounds in Nepal.
